- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER RFQ411431. This opportunity is available only to those contractor's currently on Federal Supply Schedule, Category 520-5 and 520-6. However, if you are currently on GSA contract and have not accepted the terms, conditions and reporting requirements of the Recovery Act modification you will not be eligible to participate in this acquisition. This acquisition is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is to provide closing services in accordance with the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which the property is situated and the Standards for the preparation of Title Evidence in land acquisitions by the United States. These properties are located within the United States east of the Mississippi River, to include Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia. This Acquisition will be awarded utilizing American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds in support of the Homeowners Assistance Program.
