- RECOVERY-THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A NOTICE FOR SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. THE ACTION DESCRIBED HEREIN IS A MODIFICATION TO AN EXISTING CONTRACT, J09F6ND010. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR IDENTIFIED BELOW. This opportunity is available only to Minact, Inc. under contract number J09F6ND010. The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management, on behalf of Job Corps, intends to award a modification in the amount of $10,689 to the Burdick Job Corps Center (JCC), operated by Minact. These funds are provided under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The funding is within the not-to-exceed ceilings for this contract. It would be impracticable to use a fixed price contract to secure services of the kind or quality required for this modification since the modification is to an existing Cost Plus Incentive Fee (Cost Reimbursement) contract. The funding is intended to enhance the following areas: 1) CTT Ed Services; 2) Equipment for CTT Ed services; and 3) CTST Green Initiatives. The operator will utilize these funds to reinvest opportunities for students of the Burdick JCC.. It is anticipated that this modification will be awarded 15 days from the date of this announcement.
