- This is the statement of work for the Pharmacy Shelving and Flooring. Solicitation document for Pharmacy Shelving and Flooring. This notice is a solicitation document for Pharmacy Furniture and Flooring at Ellsworth AFB, SD. Please see the attached solicitation document, and Statement of Work. If you have any questions regarding this requirement, please contact A1C Youseff Elkassis at youseff.elkassis@ellsworth.af.mil. There will be a site visit for this requirement held on Monday, September 21, 2009 at 9:00 AM. If you will attend the site visit please submit a list of persons attending NO LATER THAN Saturday, September 19, 2009. Include Drivers Licenses Numbers, and Birth Dates in the list of attendees. This site visit is not mandatory, however it would greatly assist your company in formulating the costs & design of this requirement.
