- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, in conjunction with FAR 13, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate and award an Order on a sole-source basis to Robert Slye Electronics, Inc., located at 3415 N. Washington Blvd. - Arlington, VA 22201-4596. This procurement is for AudioVisual Equipment Maintenance & Extended Warranty for ATF Headquarters for one (1) year. Robert Slye Electronics, Inc. is the original installer of this equipment; if any other Vendor/Contractor works on the equipment, it will void the warranty. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for quotation; no solicitation document is available. Any questions concerning this acquisition may be addressed to the Contract Specialist, Sheray Millhouse ( Sheray.Millhouse@ATF.gov ). This synopsis expires on Friday, 9/17/09 @ 10 a.m. E.S.T.
