- The Government does not have all the necessary data for competitive purchases. The data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, econonical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Due to the missing nature of this data, competition is not anticipated during the live of this contract. Northrop Grumman (CAGE: 97942) is the only source currently meeting the standards specified for qualification.
