- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation H92243-09-T-JH13 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and this is notice that NSWG2 Logistics Support Contracting Office, NAB Little Creek, Norfolk VA intends to award a firm fixed price contract. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business The associated naics code is 336211 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1000. Line Item 0001 -Holmes (or equal) Detachable Towing Unit. To attached to a standard tractor truck for towing using fifth wheel, under-lift system to include 4 sets of frame forks, hook end adapters, fork holders, safety chains and front storage stands. With power elevation, power extension, power fold, power tilt and front stands. Shipping weight without winch 4,550 lbs. Power Tilt Arc 20 0. Must have capability to tow anything from loaded tractor trailer to mini van (Provide itemized list of all components required by line item). Line Item 0002 Gas over hydraulic or electric self contained power unit 1 each Line Item 0003 Hand-held remote control 1 each Line Item 0004 48" tool compartment 1 each Line Item 0005 Heavy dty tire lift 1 each Line Item 0006 6,000 L-arm kit (for small vehicle 1 each Line Item 0007 25,000 lb recovery winch 1 each If quoting on equal please include detailed specifications for customer evaluation.
