- Terms, conditions and specifications USDA-NRCS is seeking to purchase THREE (3) portable ultrasonic flowmeter to measure water in irrigation pipelines. The meter must be able to measure flow rates in English units in pipelines of various materials (all metals and plastic) and with diameters between 2 and 24 inches. The quote provided should include all equipment (standard and optional) necessary to measure flow in the pipelines in the field. All optional equipment should be shown as optional and its application described. See the ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS. VENDORS must have a DUNS No. and be registered in CCR. A contract must be awarded by September 24, 2009. Range: Less than $25,000.
