- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA), PUBLIC LAW 111-5. The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is issuing a modification in the amount of $8,800.00 to Task Order 69190 under Contract SB134107CQ0063, HDR Architects. This modification is to review the design of the Helium Recovery System of the Building 1 Interior Project located in Boulder, Colorado. This modification is within the original scope of the task order.
