- The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to complete this delivery order to demolish building 902. All concrete block, brick, concrete floor, concrete foundation, and concrete slabs removed. The contractor will remove and dispose of concrete in front of the 40 foot minivan. Contractor will identify/quantify all items so the government can receive credit for diverting solid waste. Cap water lines, electrical conduits and other utilities, sewer lines at the nearest manhole.
