- SOLICITATION FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION OF AERIAL LIFTS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1H3AF9232A002, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. The NAICS code is 811310 and the small business size standard is $7.0M. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; 0001 -NON-PERSONAL SERVICES: Provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, material, and other items and services necessary to inspect, service, maintain, and repair Aerial Lifts in accordance with the Statement of Work. Oct 1, 2009 - Sep 31, 2010. 0002 - Perform annual Maintenance and inspection of Aerial Lifts. 0003 - Perform repairs as required (parts). 0004 - Service Call Fee. Plus four option years for: 1001- NON-PERSONAL SERVICES: Provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, material, and other items and services necessary to inspect, service, maintain, and repair Aerial Lifts in accordance with the Statement of Work. Oct 1, 2009 - Sep 31, 2010. 1002 - Perform annual Maintenance and inspection of Aerial Lifts. 1003 - Perform repairs as required (parts). 1004 - Service Call Fee. 2001- NON-PERSONAL SERVICES: Provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, material, and other items and services necessary to inspect, service, maintain, and repair Aerial Lifts in accordance with the Statement of Work. FOB: Destination for delivery to BEALE AFB, CA 95903. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal or provide notification that their Representations and Certifications are available on the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items; FAR 52-217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract.
