- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with Medtronic Sofamor Danek USA, Inc. This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Medtronic Sofamor Danek USA, Inc is for labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration, and repairs for a StealthStation Teon plus surgical navigation system, accessories, and associated equipment located at the Kansas City VA Medical Center, 4801 Linwood Boulevard, Kansas City, MO 64128. This contract will include a base year and two option years. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available. See FBO note 22.
