INSIDE DIAMETER, 2.375 IN. OUTSIDE DIAMETER, SCHEDULE 40, 10 FT. LG. PLAIN ENDS FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION APPLY I/A/W ASTM D1785-06 BASIC AMEND NR TYPE NUMBER All responsible SMALL BUSINESS sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The subject requirement is for acquisition of 4710-01-213-1203 for the various end items. This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class 4710. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order Contract for which delivery orders may be placed for TWO (2) years. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on 16 SEPTEMBER 2009 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. The scope of this contract includes the acquisition of a 1G drawing item. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis with destination inspection/acceptance. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period ONE time at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 2 years. The final award decision will be based upon a evaluation of price, delivery, and past performance. This solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
