- RECOVERY--This is a total small business set aside. The Mobile District Corps of Engineers intend to issue a firm fixed price contract for two 15 ft Batwing Mowers for Alabama River Lakes Site Office, Hayneville, AL. Equipment should match or be equivalent to a John Deere CX15 or Land Price RC6515. Detailed specifications will be included in the solicitation. Equipment shall come with standard (1) one year Manufacturer Warranty. Include a copy of warranty with bid. This firm fixed price contract will also incorporate clauses required for projects involving Recovery Act funds. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 333111; the size standard for which is 500 employees. The solicitation will be issued as a direct download at the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website: http://www.fbo.gov on or about 16 September 2009. All prospective bidders must be registered in FBO prior to downloading solicitation information. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format; therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website for any changes to the solicitation. Interested bidders must be registered must be registered and active in the Central Contractor Register (CCR), website http://www.ccr.gov.
