- RECOVERY--CRECOVER THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO MERRICK & COMPANY BY STATUTE IN ACCORDANCE WITH DEFENSE FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION SUPPLEMENT (DFARS) 219-800. The Contract Specialist for this action will be MAJ Christopher B. Emery (817) 886-1078; or by e-mail at Christopher.b.emery@usace.army.mil. The A-E shall conduct concurrently over a period of 2 days, a design scoping conference and site survey at Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD), Texas. The Architect-Engineer shall subsequently prepare minutes of the on-site conference based on the information gathered and developed during the scoping conference, and survey. The Architect-Engineer shall prepare and submit a Scoping Conference Report for the project. Subsequently, the Architect-Engineer shall prepare the specifically required portions for a Design-Build Request for Proposal as identified in this Statement of Work.
