- RFQ Performance Work Statement COMBINED SYNOPSIS - SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS (IAW FAR 12.603 (c)) (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is F1M3A29162A002 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. (iv) This acquisition is unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 423830 with a 500 employee size standard. (v) Contractors shall submit a quote to provide all labor, tools, and equipment to provide and install the following (Brand Name or Equal): • 0001-AA: Rite Hite RHH4000 Dock Leveler (Qty: 15 EA) • 0002-AA: Rite Hite RHH4000 Dock Leveler (Qty: 4 EA) • 0003-AA: Rite Hite RHH4000 Dock Leveler Controls (Qty: 19 EA) • 0004-AA: Rite Hite RHR600 Dok Lok (Qty: 11 EA) • 0005-AA: Modified Dok Lok Bracket (Qty: 19 EA) • 0006-AA: Frommelt WG-410 Rigid Frame Shelter (Qty: 2 EA) • 0007-AA: Laminated Dock Bumper (Qty: 38 EA) • 0008-AA: Bumper RHV1224 - 11P2 (Qty: 1 LO) • 0009-AA: Dumpsters (Qty: 1 LO) All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. (vi) The contractor shall provide all parts and specialized equipment (to include delivery and installation) on Charleston Air Force Base, South Carolina. (See attached PWS). (vii) Delivery for this acquisition is FOB Destination. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1. Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government's requirement of Brand Name or Equal. 2. Price.
