- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial commodities prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The solicitation (Request for Quotation) reference number is FA5205-09-Q-P012. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-33. This procurement is NOT a set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 315999, Other Apparel Accessories and Other Apparel Manufacturing, the size standard of which is 500 in number of employees (Not to Exceed). NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this solicitation. Any obligation (award) under this solicitation is contingent upon the availability of funds. No legal liability on the part of the Government for award shall arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer and until the offeror receives explicit notice of an award (i.e. copy of award document). The Government reserves the right to partially award for the items being solicited. The Government shall not be liable for any fees or expenses that are incurred or associated with the preparation of your quotation.
