- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z3569226A002; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36, effective date September 10, 2009; Defense DCN 20090825, effective date 25 August, 2009; and AFAC 2009-0803 effective date 03 August 2009. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334310. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 5895. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5064. Travis AFB intends to award a purchase order for the following A/V Equipment: CLIN0001- Wall Plate w/ VGA and stereo audio connections; 15 pin female and audio 3.5 mm stereo mini jack barrel. Qty: 1 Each CLIN0002 - High resolution cables plenum rated 50 ft 75 ohm for computer video interface. Qty: 2 Each CLIN0003 - 8" ceiling speakers w/ back can for plenum, 16 ohm direct or 70/100 volt, 70 hz to 20 khz, UL 2043 plenum rated white grill and bezel, and 5 year parts and warranty. Qty: 2 Pair CLIN0004 - 2 channel stereo or mono 70 volt or 100 volt power amplifier 200 watts, 100 DB signal to noise, fanless amplifier designed for installation in racks or above ceiling. Qty: 2 Each CLIN0005 - Volume control module designed to accept RS-232 commands and control amplifiers and mixers that support 10 volt maximum hard wire remote capabilities.
