- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for a non-appropriated concessionaire contractor to provide food vending machine services for the center. The contractor will be responsible for providing the vending machines, machine maintenance, merchandise stocking, and revenue collection. The period of performance is 16 Nov 2009 through one year thereafter with four (4) one-year options. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the request for quote (RFQ) from Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) web site and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to mark.j.hendrickson@navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFQ from the FBO website. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same.
