- Request for Quote Subject solicitation is posted as Request for Quote. A J&A for "Brand Name Only" will NOT be issued for this requirement. The RFQ will include FAR Clause 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal. ALL items are considered as Brand Name or Equal. Respondants are advised to adhere to instructions set forth in 52.211-6. Any vendors who had previously responded to this requirement with a submission of offer/quote must resubmit as there have been minor quantity changes. Offers/quotes submitted prior to the issue date of this amendment will not be considered. The following notification applies: 1. NOTIFICATION TO OFFERORS OF RESPONSIBILITY TO MONITOR WEBSITE: This solicitation is available for viewing and download ad https://www.fbo.gov. Once posted on this website, interested offerors are responsible for monitoring the website until the closing date for any issued amendments. 2. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: This requirement is 100% small-business (SB) set-aside. 3. SUPPLIES: The required commodities list is found in Contract Line Number (CLIN) 0001. No used/ pre-owned/refurbished items are acceptable. Interested vendors need to apply anticipated freight costs to CLIN pricing. Shipping is FOB Destination. 4. MOBILIZATION TIME: NA 5. SITE VISIT: NA 6. CONTRACT AWARD: NA 7. PROPOSALS MAY BE: E-MAILED TO: mark.chase@disa.mil No faxed copies. 8.
