- RECOVERY - PROJECT 36595-, NCO ACADEMY CLASSROOM ADDITION, FORT RICHARDSON, ALASKA THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Alaska District intends to issue a task order against JOC Contract (Contract Number W911KB-07-D-0015) with Olgoonik/KBRS/JV, LLC. (DUNS: 791115491 ) for the NCO Academy Classroom Addition, Bldg. 1104, Fort Richardson, Alaska. Justification was submitted and approved for this task order when it was determined that, in order to obtain the best efficiency, the addition to the existing building currently being constructed should tie in with this work. This will promote efficiency and continuity in shared mechanical, heating and ventilation as well as a shared foundation and common wall. The task order will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This opportunity is available only to contractor Olgoonik/KBRS/JV, LLC. under Contract Number W911KB-07-D-0015, which was previously awarded under the mentorship-protégé program in FY07. This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available. This notice is provided for informational purposes under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Program.
