- This is a Sole Source announcement. No hard copy RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. The Government intends to award on a firm fixed price contract to ProjectCadd, 7135 Navajo Rd, San Diego,CA 92119-4610 for services as a follow-on effort to maintain a Microsoft SQL Server Database to follow a student's progression through various courses of instruction and modernize the database's Stored Procedures (SPs) to take advantage of the new XML and Xpath technologies to be awarded IAW Simplified Acquisition FAR Part 13. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received by the due date and time of this publication will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Questions must be in writing and may be directed via email to laura.patterson@navsoc.socom.mil. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541511 with a size standard of $25 Million. Central Contractor Registration is required for all vendors doing business with Department of Defense. Information may be found at http://www.ccr.gov.
