- Solicitation H92222-09-R-0052 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only notice of the solicitation. Solicitation number H92222-09-R-0052 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 334111 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. USSOCOM intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order. All terms, provisions, and conditions are contained in the solicitation. Offers submitted in response to this RFQ shall be submitted electronically as a PDF attached to an email. Emails shall be submitted to contracting@socom.mil Offers must be received by 1:00 PM EDST on 21 September 2009. Any questions or comments regarding this solicitation and responses to this solicitation shall be submitted to contracting@socom.mil with the solicitation number in the subject line of the email.
