- This requirement is an unfunded requirement being solicited pending availability of funds (FAR 52.232-18 to be included in this posting)... This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional informatio included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1C3429159A001, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are thos in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)2005-16. The NAICS code is 337121 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: CLIN 0001- Cumberland (or equal) 60" single booth (36 H), includes upholstered seat, back pad, top cap, side trim, and upper base trim. Lower base trim to be 4" vinyl. Finished back (4 ea.) CLIN 0002- Cumberland (or equal) 60" double booth (36"H) includes upholstered seat, back pad, top cap, side trim, and upper base trim. Lower base trim to be 4" vinyl. Finished back (3 ea.) CLIN 0003- Cumberland (or equal) 36" x 60" vinyl edge table top. Laminate: wilsonart almond leather. T-Mold: Character with neutral (5 ea.) CLIN 0004- Cumberland (or equal) 5" x 22" table base. Powder coat: Black wrinke (10 ea.) CLIN 0005- Cumberland OTL/GLD or equal table shox self leveler glide (20 ea.) CLIN 0006- Shipping (1 ea.) Items should be shipped no later than 30 days ADC, FOB: Destination for delivery to Andersen AFB, Guam 96929.
