Tactical Tailor Range/Multi-Purpose Bag (Medium) 40025 QTY: 25 EA 6. Field Forensics E.L.I.T.E. EL 100-BX QTY: 100 EA All or equal items must contain technical specifications (viii) The following Clauses and Provisions apply to this requirement: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
