- Updated: Combined Synopsis/solicitation POSTED 14SEP09 Clarification: Please note the requirement in the performance work statement para 1.7.2. The contractor shall be DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 certified and provide written documentation. (xvii) A site visit is scheduled for Thursday 17 Sep 2009 at 1000 CET. Site Visit shall start at the Ramstein Air Base west gate. All offers who submitted names shall be signed on. NOTE: The government plans to have only one site visit.
