- This is a combined solicitation synopsis. No other solicitation is available. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The requiring office is the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, herein referred to as (ATF) Office of Field Operations Division. The requirements consist of the Retrofitting of 23 Vehicles for the Boston, MA office. The Following items must all be supplied by the contractor. A detail listing of the below items must be submitted with the final proposal. 1 PASSENGER VEHICLE Each passenger vechicle will be equipped with the following items: Siren System w/ Headlight, Taillight Flasher & Controller Relay Wiring Harness with fuse assembly Universal Trunk Tray with 2-latch pins 90 Watt 6 Outlet Strobe Kit with 25" & 30" cables Windshield / Rear Deck LED - Red/Blue with Connector Programmable Red Steady Burn Grille LED - Red and Blue with bracket Alarm system with Door Module Python Cable Lock, Chain, Padlock, Hasps & Fittings Includes 2 installation tools per division Handgun and Radio Lock Box - 12ga CRS Foam Lined with Combination Lock Window tinting 22 Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs) Each SUV will be equipped with the following items: Siren System w/ Headlight, Taillight Flasher & Controller Relay Wiring Harness with fuse assembly 90 Watt 6 Outlet Strobe Kit with 25" & 30" cables Windshield / Rear Deck LED - Red/Blue with Connector Grille LED - Red and Blue with bracket Alarm system with Door Module Handgun and Radio Lock Box - 12ga CRS Foam Lined with Combination Lock 48" Wide Gun Vault for the rear of SUV with Combination Lock and Lined drawer with bottom slides - 120- 150lbs. Window Tinting All vehicles are located in the Marlborough, Ma area and will not be reshipped to a different location. All Installation must occur within the city limits of Marlborough, Ma. Pricing shall be submitted on a "Firm Fixed-Price basis". The following provisions are applicable to this commercial item acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; FAR52.212-3, Offeror Representations; (Vendor must furnish Offeror Representations in writing); FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5. The provision at FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) as prescribed in FAR Clause 52.232.33 CCR can be obtained by accessing the Internet at www.ccr.govor by calling 1-888-227-2423. The written quote must include a breakout of the equipment price and the installation price. This is a all or none requirement. This Solicitation closes on September 16, 2009 5:00pm EDT.
