- Statement of Work This us a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and FAR part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation notice and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The Department of Navy, Bureau of Medicine and syrgery, National Naval Medical, Acquisition Management Branch, intends to procure the following: Medical Record Correspondence/Chart Copying. Item 1. Photocopy/Scan Medical Records, (300,000 PG), Item (2) full time equivalent (FTE) for release of information correspondence, (2,080 HRs) Solicitation questions shall be submitted in writing only to Marie.Ford@med.navy.mil. This is a request for competitive quotes. Closing date 17 Sep 2009 12:00 P.M.
