- Description
- This requirement is being procured on a sole source basis. The procurement is for emergency services/upgrades for Intervid Security equipment and continue maintenance and inspection of the NCIS Security and Alarm Systems. This requirement includes material or parts of the alarm systems and labor charges associated with the parts installed for these systems. Intervid Incorporation owns the proprietary rights to the Security System installed at NCISHQ facilities and as such, is the only firm that can fulfill this requirement. The requirement will contain the following contract line items numbers (CLINs): (CLIN 0001) FFP, Fixed monthly fee per month for Maintenance and Inspection; (CLIN 0002) T&M, Not to exceed 100 hours and $3,000 in Material for Emergency Services. FISC Norfolk, Philadelphia Division intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Intervid. Period of Performance is 01 October 2009 through 30 September 2010.
