- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W56HZV09R0629. The purpose of this modification is to change the following: 1. Proposed contract will change from a 5-year IDIQ to a 5-year Requirements. 2. Minimum guaranteed quantities will change from 11 each to 1 each for the Tier I motors and from 15 each to 1 each for the Tier III motors.
