- Construction Services for Project # R630-08-107-02. Description:This notice is for project, "Recovery Act - Upgrade and Modernize GI LabConstruction," at the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System, New YorkCampus, 423 East 23rd Street, New York NY 10010This shall be a Service Disabled Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). As aresult, all SDVOSB's may submit a bid, which shall be considered by theagency. The project falls under NAICS Code 236220, and has a SmallBusiness Standard of $33.5 Million. The estimated price range for thisproject is $2,000,000 to $5,000,000 respectively. The work for this requirement consists of, but is not limited to:Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment asper drawings and specifications at the VA New York Harbor HealthcareSystem, New York Campus, 423 East 23rd Street, New York NY 10010 This includes, Provide all necessary labor and material to completelyprepare site for building operations, including demolition and removalof existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform workfor GI Clinical Improvement is required by drawings and specifications.All work shall be completed in accordance with the drawings andspecifications. Other details/information is in the solicitation which shall bepostedonwww.fedbizopps.gov The anticipated release date of the IFB isSept.18,2009 and the anticipated closing date is October 19, 2009. Thebid submittal address and time is included in the solicitation. This project requires bonding and bid submissions shall be in hardcopiesand not e-mailed or faxed. All bidders shall be registered and verifiedin the www.ccr.gov and www.vetbiz.gov and www.orca.bpn.govCompletiontimeis (from notice to proceed) 450 calendar days for base bid.
