- The Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. Tenth Street, Indianapolis, Indiana intents to negotiate with BT Conferencing Video Inc, PO Box 951842, Dallas Tx to provide Support Remote Tandberg Video Communication System equipment. The proposed action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a2). The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Information should be submitted no later than September 23, 2009 at 10am to the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, Attn: Joyce Miller (90CSC), 1481 W.
