- RECOVERY--The Solicitation is Amended to correct a discrepancy in the Scope of Work reporting schedule, and to provide response to questions posed by potential offerors. 1. Section 9.1(b) of the Scope of Work is revised as follows: Delete: Three (3) copies of the draft contract report will be submitted no later than 30 days after completion of the field work. Insert: Three (3) copies of the draft contract report will be submitted no later than March 31, 2010. 2. Section 9.1(d) is revised as follows: Delete: The original (on CD) and ten (10) hard copies (on paper) of the final report will be submitted no later than 30 days after the Contractor receives the Corps of Engineers comments on the draft contract report. Insert: The original (on CD) and ten (10) hard copies (on paper) of the final report will be submitted no later than May 31, 2010. 3. Responses to questions posed by potential offerors are provided on page 3 of the attached, conformed copy of the Solicitation dated 14 September 2009.
