- Drawing Description: This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes a Request for Quotation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation number FC460092180040 is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently available. Quotations must be good for one month after the closing post date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 327390. The business size standard is 500 employees. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following items: Line Items: 1. One 12' W x 31' L Dock Ramp -17% grade for a 60" dock height -Ramp will have a load capacity of 25,000lbs -11' wide clear ramp access -Curbing included 2. Seven 12' W x 4'D x 48"H Platform -Load capacity of 50,000lbs -56' of 6" x 8" Safety curbs 3. Custom Dock Board W/Lifting Loops -102" Overall width -98" Usable Width x 48" Long -Needs to accommodate a 5" height difference -Approximate weight 900lbs -Capacity of 30,000lbs 4. Custom Precast Concrete Slabs -Raises entire system to 60" -Re-inforced with steel rebar 5. Railing on Platform Only -56' of 1.5" diameter at 42" -2 line pipe rail Type "F" -Side mounted and powder coated steel black Delivery and setup is required. Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. If not already registered in CCR, go to WWW.CCR.GOV to register prior to submitting quote. GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE ONE (1) CONTRACT BUT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONSIDER PARTIAL BIDS.
