- BRAND NAME JUSTIFICATION The Government intend to issue a fair notice to all authorized resellers of Oracle software under the auspices of the DoD ESI program in accordance with DFARS 208.7402. This will be a brand name only procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed procurement is for license and maintenance renewal of Oracle software. Please see attached brand name J-A.
