- This posting constitutes the U.S. Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis, a purchase order to Audio-Video Corporation 213 Broadway Albany NY 12204, for the supply and installation of a Mediaedge Recording System. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable NAICS Code is 334310 and the size standard is 750. See numbered Note 22. Insert 3 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. This is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers. THERE WILL BE NO SOLICITATION ISSUED.
