- This is a notice of intent to negotiate with C&S Antennas, Inc, 730 21st Street Drive South East, Hickory, North Carolina 28602-4443 on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase seven (7) each, Model SL33295 Antenna SVA500 4SL/33295. The Model SL33295 is required to support the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Radio Integration System (RIS) Spares project. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with C&S Antennas in order to obtain the frequency range of 2-30 Mhz without an antenna coupler. C&S Antennas’ Model SL33295 also provides the form, fit, function, and interface identical to the antennas utilized in the fielded (RIS) system. Delivery is required FOB destination to Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, St. Inigoes, Maryland by 30 October 2009.
