- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ISSUED BY: USACE, Humphreys Engineering Center Support Activity, ATTN: CEHEC-CT, 7701 Telegraph Road, Alexandria, VA 33215-3660. The solicitation number is W912HQ-09-T-0027, which is a Request-for-Quote (RFQ). The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-36. The NAICS Code is 541618 and size standard is $7.0 million. Clauses may be accessed electronically in full text through http://farsite.hill.af.mil Contractors must be actively registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. This combined synopsis includes Wage Determination 2005-2103, (REV.8) dated 05/26/2009. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit your quote by the date and time mentioned above. No late quotes will be accepted. Offeror shall submit quote on CLIN 0001 through CLIN 0006 in accordance with the attached performance work statement and evaluation criteria. Period of Performance: CLIN 0001BA 12 months ADC CLIN 0003AA 12 months ADC Only CLINS 0001BA and CLINS 0003AA are currently funded. The Period Of Performance for the remaining CLINS will be determined at the time of funding.
