- Air Combat Command is seeking sponsorship to provide funding for a Flag Football Tournament, 16-21 Nov 2009 at JB Balad. This event brings football-season excitement to Balad. Participation is expected to be 100+, and is open to all coalition forces. Help bring a bit of home to our men and women stationed in the AOR. Sponsorship recognition can include company logo on the event t-shirt and banners, posters and mention on all advertisements to include website, email blasts, organization councils, etc. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the US Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the government.
