Description

RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE MEDICAL REPAIR/RENEWAL (MRR) PROGRAM. This opportunity is available only to the following Unrestricted Multiple Award Task Order Contractors (MATOC): W912DY-08-D-0021, Syska & Hennessy Group Construction, Inc.; W912DY-08-D-0022, LINC Government Services, LLC; W912DY-08-D-0023, John J. Kirlin Special Projects, LLC; and W912DY-08-D-0024, J&J Maintenance, Inc. The intent of this project is for the contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to convert approximately 3000 sq/ft of existing Pharmacy space into Medical Laboratory Space on the first floor of Munson Army Health Center, Building 343. The repair/renewal effort will require the addition of approximately 2000 sq/ft to the existing structure and provide approximately 3000 sq/ft of temporary swing space for the Pharmacy relocation. The work is intended to improve the environment of care, provide compliance with regulations/standards, and meet the safety requirements of current health standards. To facilitate this renovation, the Contractor shall: conduct a Site Investigation and Report, produce a Type III Work Plan, and provide MRR Action.
