- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N00421-09-R-0128 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Quotes will be evaluated by Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. The requirement is not set aside for small businesses and will be using full and open competition. The NAICS code is 541519 and the size standard is $25M. The Information Technology/Information Management Application Integration and Business Intelligence Division (NAWCAD 7.2.2) at Patuxent River, MD, has a requirement for Aqualogic (formerly Plumtree) software maintenance in support of the NAVAIR Corporate Portal and MyNAVAIR systems. Period of Performance will be from 01 October 2009 to 30 September 2010 and the place of performance will be Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, MD. Delivery terms are to be stated with quote; FOB Destination is anticipated. This procurement is for maintenance of the following items: Qty - Description 35,821 users - AquaLogic Corporate Portal 35,821 users - AquaLogic Collaboration 821 users - AquaLogic Studio 5,000 users - AquaLogic Publisher 5,000 users - AquaLogic Analytics Server 1 - AquaLogic Pages, Pathways, Ensemble (2 CPUs production, 2 CPUs non-production) The following provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial. 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items.
