- Description
- The contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment, permits, appurtenances, and supervision necessary to remove and replace the roof membrane system at the Lawton Indian Health Hospital in Lawton. Correct transitions seams, metal flashing and all roof penetrations. Objective is to avoid building damage and moisture leaking behind the walls, under the roof, and at all penetrations and flashings. This requirement is for a proposal leading to issuance of a delivery order under a competitively awarded Job Order Contract (JOC) for the Oklahoma City Area Indian Health Service. The contractor is Centennial Contractors Enterprises with a field office in Edmond, Oklahoma. The magnitude of this construction requirement is between $250,000 and $500,000. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL BE ISSUED. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE AWARDED BY ISSUANCE OF A DELIVERY ORDER UNDER AN EXISTING IDIQ CONTRACT. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND REQUIRED BECAUSE FUNDING IS PROVIDED UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009.
