- Item Evaluation Workbook (Modified) Solicitation Amendment 0003 Solicitation FA8520-09-R-21837 will be issued to obtain a firm fixed price contract for a Robins Air Force Base requirement for servo-actuator assemblies that are used on the 40mm Trainable Gun Mount System (TGMS). These actuator assemblies apply the forces that generate movement of the 40mm gun system. The Az servo-actuator moves the 40mm gun system to the left and to the right, and the El servo-actuator moves the gun system up and down. The approximate solicitation issue date is 30 JUL 2009. The approximate solicitation response date is 14 OCT 2009. Specifications, plans, drawings related to this procurement will be linked to the solicitation. NSN: 1650-01-308-0867 GG Part Number: 7572594-031 Dimensions: 36" LENGTH 4" WIDTH 9.25" HEIGHT 59 lbs. Material of Manufacture: Aluminum & Steel Function: The actuator assembly contains a piston rod assembly which can either extend or retract hydraulically upon command. NSN: 1650-01-308-0868 GG Part Number: 7572595-031 Dimensions: 27" LENGTH 7.7" WIDTH 9.5" HEIGHT 54 lbs. Material of Manufacture: Aluminum & Steel Function: The actuator assembly contains a piston rod assembly which can either extend or retract hydraulically upon command. Quantities: Basic Year: 1 EA First Article of each NSN and 1 EA Production of each NSN. Options: 4 Outyear Options of 1-6 EA of each NSN. Estimated delivery is 130 days after receipt of order.
