Description
This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Fiber Optic SpectrometerNNG09307608L which was posted on September 03,2009. You are notified that the followingchanges are made: Additional SpecificationsThe manufacturer must provide laboratory documentation of the following characteristics: The spectrometer must have a wavelength stability of better than 5 pico-meters per degreeC in the temperature changes from 0C to 35 C.The spectrometer point-spread function (full width half maximum) must be approximatelysymmetric and stable to within 1 picometer per degree C for the temperature range from 0Cto 35C.The lack of symmetry must not exceed 15%. That is the left half-width half-maximumshould not differ from the right half-width half-maximum by more than 15%.The spectrometer must maintain radiometric stability to within 1% over a period of 10days of continuous operation at temperatures that are constant to within 2C, and within10% over 1 year at all wavelengths. Stray light must not exceed 10(sup)-4 relative to the peak intensity with monochromaticinput at 10 times full width half maximum. The noise level in the A to D converter must be small enough to detect the 10(sup)-4stray light criterion with an uncertainty of better than 10%.The detector must be a backthinned CCD without any UV enhancing coating. The due date for responses has been revised, submit responses no later than 4:30 p.m.local time September 18th 2009. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet.
