Description
RECOVERY ACT PROCUREMENT. THIS REVISED NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The procurement is being made under the CMc IDIQ Multiple Award Task Order Construction Contract for the geographic area of St. Louis Metro area including the Cities of Cape Girardeau and Hannibal, Missouri. The Federal Service Code is Z111. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 236220 and the size standard is $33.5 Million. The subject project was awarded to Hof Construction in the amount of $5,184,000.00 on September 4, 2009. The work is to be performed at the following: Federal Center, Building 104, 4300 Goodfellow Blvd., St. Louis, MO. The work to be delivered under this task order includes, but is not limited to: the installation of high efficiency chillers, high efficiency chilled water pumps, condenser water pumps, hot water pumps, high efficiency cooling towers, high efficiency air-handling units and distribution ductwork, chilled/heated water pipes, and a humidification system for approximately 130,000 s.f. of file storage. The HVAC and humidification systems will enable the tenant to meet NARA 2009 requirements for file storage. The recommended project will comply with site regulations and maintain surface parking. The proposed scope of work is within the "Building Tune-up, Lighting Replacement, Building HVAC Systems and Energy Saving" categories as defined in the ARRA descriptions of High Performance Building Improvements.
