- SOLICITATION NOTICERFP VA-69D-09-RP-0633REFERENCE LABORATORY AND COURIER SERVICES The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting proposals for Reference Laboratory and Courier Services for beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Health Care System for the period of three months, in accordance with all specifications, work statement, terms and conditions contained therein. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide their proposal. Offers shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical competency/capability to perform services and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and this acquisition is unrestricted for Full and Open Competition. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 621511 is $12.5M. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
