- This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitaiton will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. The office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure: 1 year equipment maintenance of Spectra Logic Equipment. NBD on site support T950,8LTO4, 3QIP, 160 Slot-S/N 0526402; NBD on site support T950,8LTO4, 3QIP, 160 Slot - S/N 0526401. Evaluation factor will be lowest price. This is an ALL or NONE request for offers. The FAR provisions at 52.212-1 pertains as welllas FAR clauses, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. Additionally, the DFARS clause 252.211-7003. Offers will be accepted via e-mail, only, prior to Close of Business 29 Sept 2009. No telephone calls please.
