- RECOVERY - In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009, Pub.L. 111-5, the Government has issued a task order under a pre-existing multiple award construction task order contract to repair the HVAC in building E4585 at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.
