- Solicitation N00421-09-T-0204 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order. In order to quote the vendor must be an authorized CANON USA Representative. The following services are required: Annual maintenance contract consisting of same day service, color copies at 70,000 per month, black and white copies at 30,000 per month, technical help desk support manned by a certified technical in order to trouble shoot 70% of the problems on the phone, all repair parts and consumables items (toner, waste cartridges, and staples). Additionally, please quote your excess copy charge for color copies and black and white copies. Period of Performance is expected to be 01 Oct 2009 through 30 Sep 2010. Maintenance is for 2- C5180's, serial numbers TDN 02113 and TDN 02123, and 1- IPF8000 serial number ADY00757. All machines are located at Webster Field, Bldg 8009 Room 218, St. Inigoes MD 20684. **Note: Machines have been covered on a maintenance contract for the past year and due to expire 30 Sep 2009. Estimated date of award is 01 Oct 2009. Proposal must be received no later than 0700 on 18 Sep 2009. The Government will not pay for any information received. Facsimile proposals are acceptable.
