- Solicitation This acquisition is to contract services to provide personnel to work on a temporary basis, depending on need(s), to supplement Westinghouse Anniston personnel shortfalls. The agency shall provide the services stated in Section B to Westinghouse Anniston, at the prices which are in compliance with the Service Contract Act, Anniston area, subject to rights and obligations of the parties under the remaining section of this agreement and the terms and conditions incorporated herein, such as services may be ordered by Westinghouse Anniston, the Agency's obligation to Westinghouse Anniston shall become effective upon acceptance of particular orders issued under this Agreement.
