- Description
- FA8620-05-G-3028-0051 Predator MQ-1 and Reaper MQ-9 Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) ASIP Integration Phase II Modification. This is a pre-solicitation synopsis in accordance with FAR 5.201 (b) (1) (i). The Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC), Predator Systems Group, intends to award a Modification of Order 0051 to the existing Basic Ordering Agreement FA8620-05-G-3028, on a sole source basis to General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) for follow-on integration and testing of ASIP on the Unmanned Aircraft Systems. The Government does not own the data rights for the system; therefore, to avoid duplication of costs, the Government intends to award the effort pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement action is 336413. Please indicate number of employees relative to the size standard of 1,000 for determination of small business status.
